Clabber Creek Phase I is a deed-restricted community with a Property Owners Association (the neighborhood’s HOA) whose volunteer board plans neighborhood events, communicates with residents, and upholds the bylaws and covenants.
The POA is an Arkansas nonprofit corporation; the founding documents are on the Documents page.

Social Events Committee
Helps plan the community social events held throughout the year. Contact [email protected].
Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
Helps uphold the bylaws and covenants to preserve the appearance of the neighborhood. Exterior changes to a home or yard need ACC approval — see the ACC forms. Contact [email protected].
Neighborhood Watch Committee
Works to keep residents safe by posting concerns, keeping direct contact with the police department, and hosting programs that promote safety.

Schools
Fayetteville Public Schools serve the neighborhood; current assignments and grade bands are at fayar.net. Historically residents have attended Holcomb Elementary, Holt Middle School (within walking distance), Ramay Junior High and Fayetteville High School.
